What happens if my order arrives damaged?


No worries! Please send your order number, a description of damage and photos to help@shopcrescentmoods.com within 24 hours of receiving your package. We will then send you a replacement piece. Please note: products exceeding the 24 hour period are not accepted. If your item is out of stock you will be given a refund.


Do you ship in discreet packaging? 


Yes! Orders arrive in a plain standard box. 


Can I cancel my order?


Unfortunately we cannot cancel any orders. Please make sure you want to purchase any items before placing your order.


What if I used the wrong address?


Please contact help@shopcrescentmoods.com ASAP with the correct shipping address. Please make sure to include apartment numbers / PO box numbers. We will try our best to update your address before it ships out but cannot guarantee it. We are not responsible for any orders shipped to the wrong address, so please double check at the checkout.


Where do you ship to?


We currently only ship WATER PIPES / RIGS  / PIPES to North America, Central America, Europe, Australia, and New Zealand. 


My order was declined!


Please make sure your billing address / name matches what is on your credit card statement. 


What if my order is lost or stolen?


We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. You will need to contact your local post office immediately. 


How do I clean handmade pieces?


We highly recommend using Piece Water. To clean the outside of your handmade glass pieces, lightly dampen a cloth and gently wipe down. Never soak handmade items. 


When will my order ship?


Most items will be shipped 1-4 business days after purchase. We currently do not offer expedited shipping. If your order is a custom / handmade, the production time can range from 2-5 weeks.
