  • We do not accept returns at this time, however, if there is a problem with your order please email help@shopcrescentmoods.com
  • NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST / STOLEN PACKAGES. NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR WRONG ADDRESSES. PLEASE DOUBLE CHECK YOUR ADDRESS AT CHECKOUT. THERE WILL BE A SHIPPING FEE TO RESEND PACKAGES TO WRONG ADDRESSES. 

What happens if my order arrives damaged?
  • Please send your order number, a description of damage and photos to help@shopcrescentmoods.com within 24 hours of receiving your package. We will then send you a replacement piece. Please note: products exceeding the 24 hour period are not accepted. If your item is out of stock you will be given a refund.
